Being prepared and trained for the uncertain is the best way to protect yourself and the ones you love. PS&Ed was founded by U.S. Army Veteran, New York State Law Enforcement Officer and Instructor, and NRA and USCCA Training Counselor Matthew J. Mallory .

Based out of Upstate New York in the Syracuse area yet offering products and services nationwide PS&Ed is a culmination of experience from current and former law enforcement, military, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, NRA and USCCA instructors, emergency services, and disaster preparedness experts.

Offering courses in a plethora of topics from concealed carry handgun safety, self defense and NRA instructor certifications to First Aid, CPR and AED certifications PS&Ed can and has created course curriculum to fit every client’s needs.
